Therapy in denver, colorado
Individual Therapy
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe you’re feeling stuck and don’t know how to move forward? Maybe you’re struggling with some difficult feelings or difficult relationships? Maybe you’ve experienced trauma that you feel ready to process? Or maybe you are wanting to understand yourself better?
I often hear from friends and clients alike that they do not feel like their problems are not “bad enough” to pursue therapy. I am here to dispel that notion completely. There is no shortage of suffering. And, if you do not feel like you are suffering - guess what? Therapy can still be helpful.
I have experience with: anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem and body image concerns, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, relationships, and more.

Couples Therapy/Relationship Therapy
Relationships? Also hard. Consider the difficulties that come with just being human and now add an intimate relationship, it can get messy.
We all strive to be in satisfying relationships and couples or relationship therapy can help with that! Some reasons folks in relationships may seek therapy can include: preparing for a life transition (getting married, becoming a parent, etc..), wanting to improve communication and conflict resolution skills, repairing trust, considering opening up their relationship or navigating a current open relationship, and more.
We can work together to gain a better understanding of your relationship dynamics, increase vulnerability, and strengthen communication.
